Event Overview:
California faces a critical shortage of multifamily housing supply for median income earners, exacerbating the housing affordability crisis statewide. This event features three developers whose recent projects have successfully introduced privately financed, financially feasible rental units to the housing market without the use of public funding sources and subsidies typically utilized in traditional Affordable Housing projects. The program will explore design and construction methods, financing tools, municipal initiatives, partnerships and programs that private, for-profit developers can employ to bring attainable housing supply online.
