Amplifying Diversity for Land Use and Development in the Sacramento Region
Here at ULI Sacramento, we hold true that diversity, belonging, equity, and inclusion are elements fundamental to the success of our organization, our industry, and responsible land use and development in the Sacramento region. We acknowledge the history and legacy of racist land use policies and practices that have negatively impacted communities of color both locally and nationally. We aim to work towards remedying these injustices and becoming an anti-racist organization and one that does not discriminate against anyone.
ULI Sacramento is committed to valuing and amplifying diverse perspectives reflective of our region. As an organization, we actively recruit and support people of color, women, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, persons with disabilities, veterans, and members of other marginalized groups. Together, we will use our diverse backgrounds to harvest unique ideas and enrich our programs to achieve economically and socially just outcomes.
