Project REAP—the Real Estate Associate Program:
ULI/REAP Online Academy — An eight-week online academy held in the fall and spring that introduces commercial real estate terminology, concepts, and processes to lay the foundation for a successful career in commercial real estate.
REAP Open Access Fellowship — Paid fellowship of 160 hours over up to 12 weeks in the winter to spring, matched with mentorship and access to curriculum, to prepare for careers in community development finance.
