Overview: In the recent ULI Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2023
report, we learned that even with supply chain volatility and red-hot
inflation, Industrial Rent Growth in 2023 is on track to break the previous
year’s all-time high. Consumer consumption continues to drive demand for
Industrial development, requiring more space to move goods quickly and hold
higher inventories.

did Sacramento’s Industrial market get its start in the Sacramento Region? How
has the market absorbed the increase in demand over the years? What’s
attracting new developers to the region and what does the future hold for our
local Industrial market?

us at one of the newest and largest hubs for our local industrial market, Metro
