ULI Sacramento Tour of Washington Commons presented by the Young Leaders Group Inviting All Members!
Wednesday, February 21 | 4pm - 6pm
The next YLG "Beer & Buildings" tour with hosts Urban Development + Partners and Market One Builders! Afterwards, we’ll head to Treehouse Cafe for an informal happy hour.
Washington Commons is an intergenerational all-electric cohousing community centrally located in West Sacramento.
The future residents acted as their own developer and teamed up with Urban Development + Partners, Cohousing Solutions, Mahlum Architects, Market One Builders and Five Star Bank to create 35 condominium homes and 4K sf of common facilities.
