Thanks to our event sponsors, proceeds from registration will go directly to this year’s charity: California Coalition for Rural Housing (CCRH) Next Generation Leadership Program, a paid year-long internship for students to increase diversity in the affordable housing and community development field. Lavender Courtyard Recap
Members enjoyed a tour of the new Lavender Courtyard project at 1616 F Street courtesy of ULI member Mutual Housing. Lavender Courtyard is a 53-unit affordable senior housing development with an emphasis on serving low-income LGBT+ residents. The midtown project will open this month.
Special thanks to our guest speakers David Heitstuman with the LGBT Center, Kate Hutchinson with Lutheran Social Services and Kristen Zach with Mutual Housing for the conversation on this unique project and around the diverse community this project will serve!
