ULI Sacramento Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI) Tour: SixSixty the Next Generation Office
Exclusive Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI) Event! The renovation of SixSixty at 660 J Street in the heart of the downtown Sacramento opportunity zone is creating a new generation of office space locally. Purchased by Argosy Real Estate Partners and RevOZ Capital in 2020, the group has invested in new additions and improvements that are proving to be game changers in today’s post-COVID office market. A hybrid between traditional Class A space and "creative office" space, SixSixty now features a new glass wall exterior and will have a mobile app for tenants to manage its new state of the art air filtration systems and an eventual rooftop lounge. Join ULI Sacramento - Women’s Leadership Initiative to experience the project firsthand and review how opportunity zone investments are enhancing the Sacramento office market.
