One of ULI’s core values is LEADing in solving community and real estate challenges through applied collective experience. Our TAP Initiative organizes member volunteers to tackle at least one specific problem faced by one of our local communities. Past TAPs have included the Broadway Corridor (in midtown Sacramento), the Sacramento and West Sacramento river front, and the relocation of the train station in Downtown Sacramento.
