Dear ULI Members:

ULI Sacramento will be presenting our seventh annual Vision Honors Dinner at the Citizen Hotel on Wednesday, October 30 from 6:00-9:00 pm.

ULI Sacramento’s Annual Vision Honors was established in 2012 to recognize and honor outstanding leadership in both the private and public sector in Sacramento’s real estate land use community.

Along with the Member/Achiever Honor and Principles Honoree being awarded this year, we are asking ULI Members for your nominations for the following categories: Infill Project of the Year and Non-Infill Project of the Year.

The prestigious Project of the Year Award exemplifies ULI’s mission to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. Both winning projects will represent the highest standards of achievement in the development industry and will be evaluated with the following criteria:

• Achieves a high standard of excellence in all areas-architecture, planning and design, construction, amenities, economics, and management, etc.
• Considered Transformative, Innovative, Sustainable and a Catalyst for Economic Development
• Provides lessons, strategies, or techniques that other communities can replicate or adapt honoring ULI’s best practice principles.

Project must have been completed between July 1, 2017 and June 30, 2019.

Deadline for submissions is Friday, August 30. Nominations may be submitted by ULI Members and nonmembers. Winners will be selected by the ULI Governance Committee, and announced by Friday, September 13 at which time Table and Event Sponsorships will be available for the October 30, 2019 Vision Honors dinner.
