Downtown Sacramento Partnership partnered with ULI Sacramento and urban planning experts from around the country for a third party analysis of growth opportunities downtown. The report makes it clear that we must double down on making downtown a destination of choice as remote and hybrid work policies become the norm. The recommendations present guidelines for short and long-term strategies the Partnership should take in tandem with public partners to ensure sustainable growth and health of our City.
