Housing in the Evolving Suburb: The Sacramento Story

ULI engaged RCLCO, an organization providing strategic and tactical advice regarding investment, planning and development for developers, investors and the public sector,
to develop a report which reveals significant differentiation between cities and suburbs and how those differences influence future residential and development demand.

Eric Willett, Senior Associate with RCLCO Institute presented to Members today the highlights of the Evolving Suburbs report, and provided a specific look at the Sacramento region with regard to our suburban market story. Download the report at the following link.
