ULI Sacramento DEI Housing with a Purpose Program
As the demand for housing increases, ULI Sacramento’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion task force continues the conversation around equitable housing. This program will explore underlying impacts of housing inequities in marginalized communities. Ernst Valery, Founder of SA+A Development and EVI, will discuss his approach and share projects that embody developing with the community in mind. This will be an opportunity for real estate professionals and community members to take an in-depth look at a housing model that works from both a profitability and equity standpoint. Moderated by Monica Hernandez with SACOG, this session is meant to inspire us and acknowledge the many challenges and successes of housing with a purpose.
