About Jim:
Jim Gray has 40 years of experience in real estate brokerage, development, investment and lending. He is a small business owner, co-founded two banks, founded and sold a real estate company. In addition, he has 30 years of experience in healthcare and governance including serving as the Chairman of the Board for Sutter Health, Community Business Bank, and the Yolo County Planning Commission. He has been a general partner in the development of office buildings, scientific/lab properties, mixed-use business parks, apartments, as well as single-family subdivisions.
We are excited to have Jim share his extensive experience in management, investments and governance to guide the Young Leaders in a professional development workshop to inspire participants to live a life of success by identifying their interests, passions, building relationships and seeking new opportunities.
