ULI Sacramento Lavender Courtyard Building Tour and Discussion
Lavender Courtyard by Mutual Housing is a 53-unit affordable senior
housing development with an emphasis on serving low-income LGBT+
residents. Located in Midtown Sacramento, Lavender Courtyard will open
in May. Please join ULI Sacramento's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
committee for a special pre-opening tour of the property, including a
discussion about the project's affordable housing financing and a review
of what goes into serving this unique resident population. After the
tour, join us at the nearby Capitol Hop Shop to continue the
conversation.
