Program Overview
While women make up more than half the U.S. adult population, gains have been made (especially in California, where we have sent more women to Congress than any other state, Pew Research Center 2017), and progress continues to be made with more and more females running for office for the first time-we still have a long way to go to on female representation in government offices, from Congress to local offices.
Join us for a lunchtime program featuring two of our own: Sacramento County Supervisor Susan Peters and Roseville Vice Mayor Bonnie Gore. This is a unique opportunity to learn from two leaders that have 18 combined years in local office within the Sacramento Region.

Come network alongside your ULI colleagues with Supervisor Peters and Vice Mayor Gore, and hear about their leadership journeys as businesswomen and elected officials, challenges and opportunities in their communities, and perspectives about this transformative time in our Region.
