Program Overview: 

Don’t miss the annual ULI Emerging Trends program on December 14th. This event will bring you up to speed on the latest national real estate trends, while also providing valuable local insights specific to the Sacramento market.

The morning starts with a light breakfast and networking before we launch into the presentation of the just released Emerging Trends in Real Estate– a publication with a 34-year history and one of the most highly-regarded and widely-read trends reports in the real estate industry from Pricewaterhouse Coopers and ULI.

Kathleen Carey will present the highlights of the Trends report.  She is ULI’s President and Chief Executive Officer of the ULI Foundation, and has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, most recently as Chief Operating Officer of GE Capital Real Estate’s Global Investment Management Company.


Following the opening presentation, we will hold a Panel Presentation with leading Sacramento Real Estate experts to discuss Regional Market and Trends.
