Program Overview:

Don’t miss the annual ULI Emerging Trends program on December 12th. This event will bring you up to speed on the latest national real estate trends, while also providing valuable local insights specific to the Sacramento market.

The morning starts with networking and coffee before we launch into breakfast and a presentation of the just released Emerging Trends in Real Estate– a publication with a 35-year history and one of the most highly-regarded and widely-read trends reports in the real estate industry from Pricewaterhouse Coopers and ULI.

Anita Kramer will present the highlights of the Trends report.  She is ULI’s Senior Vice President, Center for Capital Markets and Real Estate, and writes the monthly U.S. Real Estate Business Barometer and directs both the annual China City Survey and the Emerging Trends Asia Pacific report. She is currently developing ULI’s quarterly Metro Area Real Estate Business Barometer, as well as a quarterly survey of leading real estate economists.

Following the opening presentation, we will hold a Panel Presentation with leading Sacramento Real Estate experts to discuss Regional Market and Trends.
