ACE Networking Experience

Getting to know your neighbor was once a way of life. With improving technology and increasing pressures in our industry, we often lose sight of the simple concept of establishing and maintaining connections to each other. The YLG is proud to revive this time-tested concept through the “ACE” Networking Experience. At our annual “Always Connecting Everyone” (ACE) event you will have the chance to sit with a small group of your peers, get to know them a little better, and then move onto another group. Think of it like speed dating, for your career! Bring your business cards and a winning attitude, and come celebrate new connections!

This program was established in honor of our friend and colleague, Andy “Ace” Ekstrom, who made sure to know everyone and brought his passion for connecting others to our Sacramento Young Leaders Group.

Legacy Series

To be the best, we need to learn from the best. The annual YLG Legacy Series provides an opportunity for YLG members to hear candid career stories from the most influential and respected real estate and land development professionals in the Sacramento region. The Legacy Series provides a smaller, more intimate atmosphere for discussion, and is tailored to the YLG crowd. This moderated discussion allows the guest panelists to reflect on their early career decisions that defined their path towards industry leadership.
