Keynote presentations were given by Mike McKeever, CEO of SACOG, and Greg Paquin, Owner, The Gregory Group.  Their powerpoint presentations can be downloaded here.  This ULI program explored what’s working and what’s not working with the Blueprint. Discussions included what are the recommended changes and potential best practices and does today’s market support the higher densities and compact living in developing proposed in the Blueprint?  A panel discussion and a Q&A session followed and includes the following participants: Chris Cady, KB Home, Mayor Gary Davis, City of Elk Grove, Supervisor Don Saylor, Yolo County Board of Supervisors and Clifton Taylor, Richard Communities. Moderated by John Hodgson, The Hodgson Company and past Chair of ULI Sacramento.
