January’s Think Tank featured an overview on The Warren project with guest speakers Developer Ron Mellon, managing director for NCRF holdings, and CADA’s Deputy Executive Director Marc de la Vergne. The Warren, a six-story mixed-use project is planned for 16th and N Streets.  It will be a 118-unit market rate rental project with ground floor retail.  It will also be one of the first modular projects in Sacramento.  Ron Mellon mentioned a project in Santa Clara as an example of one of the best and largest examples of a modular project.  For more information on the Domain Apartment Complex and the modular aspect of this project, please go to the following Business Journal link.  The powerpoint from the presentation is also linked below.
