ULI Members Think Tank Series held January 27 focused on the the Business of Building in the Sacramento Region from a developer’s perspective. Members heard how private development deals are done, and provided some insight on how these developers analyze the project before moving forward.

Bob Walter and Deana Ellis with Cresleigh Homes and Tim Schaedler with Panattoni shared what goes through a developers mind when presented with an opportunity in the Sacramento area and what metrics are used in establishing their decision to take on a project. Special thanks to Kris Kalmbach, Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield for moderating the session.
